Practical Information

We refer to the Wikitravel pages for Denmark and Copenhagen for common information. Copenhagen is extremely safe and it is generally safe to walk around outside at all hours.

We do not have agreements with any hotels. There are hostels, hotels and other accomodation possibilities in all price ranges located within walking distance of the conference venue. Use your favorite search engine to find something suitable.

Copenhagen Airport has connections via many airlines to most major European cities. The best, cheapest and quickest (15 minutes) way to go from the Airport to the centre of Copenhagen is to take the Metro. Get off at Kongens Nytorv or Nørreport depending on your hotel location.

If you arrive via train, Copenhagen Central Station is located in the centre of the city.

Copenhagen has repeatedly been celebrated for its wide range of cuisine and excellent restaurants.
